17th Annual Wing Competition

California Bar and Grill, named the Best Wings in Berks County in 2007 by Berks County Living magazine, will host the 17th Annual Wing Eating Competition to benefit Easter Seals Eastern PA.  Teams of three compete to eat the most wings in one of three categories - Medium, Hot or SUICIDE!

Register today.  Registration for a team of three is $75.00.  Teams raise additional funds from friends and family members who sponsor them for the event.  Winning teams in each category will receive gift certificates to California Bar and Grill and take home the coveted famous "pig" trophy!  Plus, gift certificates for the top fundraising team.

The 2009 Walk With Me Family Fun Walk will be held in Allentown's beautiful Lehigh Parkway.  All registered participants will be treated to food and beverage.  Enjoy a one-mile accessible course or a three-mile course along a groomed walking path that caters to participants of all walking abilities.

Form a team or walk as an individual.  Incentive prizes earned for registered participants' donations beginning at $10 for kids' t-shirt; $25 for adult t-shirt; $100 Easter Seals mug; $250 Easter Seals tote bag; $1,000 minimum to qualify for top individual donor prize.

Directions From Route 22:
Take 15th Street exit and go south towards Allentown.  Stay on 15th Street across town.  Continue past the YM/YWCA and go over bridge.  Continue in the right lane to a wide section of road with several right turns.  Take the middle road and follow Walk With Me signage to free parking.

Directions From I-78/Route 309:
Take Lehigh Street exit north.  Get into left lane and go approximately one mile to 15th Street (also known as Jefferson Street) left turn.  At the bottom of the hill you will see a wide section of road with several left turns.  Take the middle road and follow Walk With Me signage to free parking.
